Pet Guarantee
At Golden Key, we take pet screening just as seriously as tenant screening! We guarantee that homeowners won’t pay out of pocket for pet-related damages. For approved pets, we cover up to $1,000 in damages beyond the security deposit. Please note, damages caused by people are not included.
Money Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with our services within the first 90 days, we will refund your first three months of management fees. Just provide us with 60 days’ written notice. This allows us to smoothly transition management responsibilities, protecting both you and your tenants while meeting all legal and financial obligations.
Air Filter Replacement Guarantee
Tenants are required to replace the air filter every quarter and provide proof of replacement. If proof is not provided in a timely manner, Golden Key will replace it at no additional cost to you. This helps protect the HVAC system and maintain a healthy home.
Quality Tenant Guarantee
This guarantee provides peace of mind by backing every tenant placed by our team. If a tenant breaks their lease and defaults on payment, we will cover the cost of finding a replacement. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to tenants who moved in before our management began, previous tenants, or military tenants relocating due to transfers.
Eviction Protection Guarantee
If an eviction becomes necessary, you won’t incur any costs—we’ll cover all expenses and manage the entire process for you. While eviction can be emotionally challenging, our guarantee ensures you won’t have to worry about the financial burden.
