Meet Adrienne Shults
As a fourth generation REALTOR® and licensed Texas real estate broker, Adrienne has real estate in her blood and in her heart. With more than a decade of professional experience in property management and investment leasing, she founded Golden Keys Real Estate with a simple mission. Every property and every person deserves to be treated with the same care and respect she would want for her own.
Adrienne’s approach is rooted in the Golden Rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated. This principle guides every interaction she has with property owners, tenants, and vendors. She believes great property management is built on clear communication, honest business practices, and a commitment to showing up for her clients the same way she would want someone to show up for her own family.
Her experience includes managing everything from single family homes to multi unit investment portfolios. She has extensive experience overseeing tenant placement, financial reporting, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and the day to day operations that protect and grow an owner's investment. Adrienne holds the Texas Residential Property Manager designation as well as the Residential Leasing Specialist designation, ensuring that every property she manages benefits from both professional knowledge and thoughtful care.

Adrienne is also actively involved in the real estate community. She currently serves as the Membership Director for the Women's Council of Realtors Fort Worth Tarrant network and as Secretary for the National Association of Residential Property Managers Mid Cities Fort Worth chapter. Through these leadership roles, she works alongside fellow professionals to strengthen the industry and support the success of real estate practitioners throughout the region.
Outside of real estate, Adrienne is a wife, a proud mother of four, and an animal lover. When she is not serving clients or spending time with her family, you might find her performing on stage or volunteering at her local community theatre.
